Please Note – General Bookings

In addition to your booked times for the main hall, we allow 30 minutes either side, for you to set up and take down your equipment, chairs, tables etc.

We also allow 15 minutes for the meeting rooms for the same reason.

Non-Commercial / General Public

Details of rooms and costs can be found in the information pages accessed via the left hand sidebar menu.

To make a provisional booking, please use the booking request form attached to each information page.

Commercial Profit Making Organisations Only

If your business wishes to book the Main Hall, please email bookings@parksidehall.org.uk with your requirements, including any additional contact details and Eileen Summerfield will contact you to discuss the booking.
